m25 कंक्रीट का अनुपात
m25 कंक्रीट का अनुपात : सबसे पहले तो आपको बता दे की कंक्रीट मुख्य रूप से सीमेंट (Cement), बालू (Fine Aggregat) तथा गिट्टी (Coarse Aggregate) को एक निश्चित अनुपात में पानी (Water) के साथ मिलाने से प्राप्त होता है। कंक्रीट का उपयोग Building से लेकर Road, Bridge, Water tank आदि ना जाने कितने ही जगहों पर होता है।
कंक्रीट को उसकी क्षमता (Strength) के आधार विभिन्न Grade में बाँटा गया है जैसे की M10, M15, M20 आदि। आइए अब हम निर्धारित concrete बनाने के लिए आवश्यक सामग्री की मात्र पर विचार करते हैं...
इसके लिए हमे दो बातों की जानकारी होनी चाहिए...
1. हमें कितनी मात्रा में concrete बनाना है
2. किस Grade का concrte बनाना है।
उदहारण के लिए जैसे हमे 10 cu-m quantity के लिए M15 Grade concrete बनाना है तो...
10 cu-m wet concrete बनाने के लिए हमे 45-55% आयतन बढ़ा कर लेते हैं। क्योंकि जब बालू तथा सीमेंट को गिट्टी के साथ मिलाया जाता है तो बालू और गिट्टी का मिश्रण गिट्टी के बीच के गैप (छिद्रों) में भर जाता है जिसके फलस्वरूप कुल आयतन (net volume) में भारी कमी हो जाती है।
माना की हम 52% आयतन बढ़ा कर dry mix बनाते हैं।
अतः quantity of dry mix :
10+10×52% =15.2 cu-m
हमने M15 grade concrete का चयन किया है जिसमे
सीमेंट : बालू : गिट्टी = 1:2:4 होता है।
(1+2+4=7)
Concrete में सीमेंट की मात्रा :
1×15.2/7=2.17 cu-m
Concrete में बालू की मात्रा :
2×15.2/7=4.34 cu-m
Concrete में गिट्टी की मात्रा :
4×15.2/7=8.69 cu-m
