गुरुद्वारा (पंजाबी: ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ), जिसका शाब्दिक अर्थ गुरु का द्वार है सिक्खों के भक्ति स्थल हैं जहाँ वे अपने धार्मिक अनुष्ठान भी करते हैं। अमृतसर का हरमिन्दर साहिब गुरुद्वारा, जिसे स्वर्ण मंदिर के नाम से भी जाना जाता है, उत्तर भारत का एक प्रसिद्ध गुरुद्वारा है। Gurdwara is a said to be the house of the Guru, the term being derived from Panjabi (पंजाबी: ਗੁਰ), gurū, "A teacher, religious guide" and Panjabi (पंजाबी: ਦੁਆਰਾ) duārā, m.s., "A door." गुरुद्वारों में हर प्रकार के व्यक्ति आ सकते हैं, चाहे वे किसी भी धर्म को मानते हों (या ना भी मानते हों)। तथापि, आगन्तुकों के लिये यह आवश्यक है कि वे प्रवेश करने से पूर्व जूते-चप्पल इत्यादि उतार दें, हाथ धोएं तथा सिर को रूमाल आदि से ढक लें। शराब, सिगरेट अथवा अन्य नशीले पदार्थ भीतर ले जाना वर्जित है। Devotees will sit cross-legged on the floor and must never point their feet towards the holy Guru Granth Sahib. All those who enter the hall must remove their shoes and cover their heads before entering. On entering the hall, devotees walk slowly and respectfully to the main throne on which the Guru Granth Sahib rests. Devotees then stand before the Holy Scriptures, often say a silent prayer, offer a donation (if able), then bow humbly.
