राष्ट्रपति बनने की योग्यता
संविधान के अनुच्छेद 58 के अनुसार कोई भी व्यक्ति राष्ट्रपति बनने के लिए योग्य होगा यदि उसमें ये योग्यता है।
- वो भारत का नागरिक हो।
- उसकी उम्र 35 साल पूरी हो चुकी हो।
- लोक सभा का सदस्य निर्वाचित किए जाने के योग्य हो।
- किसी लाभ के पद पर न हो। यदि कोई व्यक्ति राष्ट्रपति या उपराष्ट्रपति के पद पर या संघ अथवा किसी राज्य के मंत्रिपरिषद का सदस्य हो तो यह नहीं माना जाएगा कि वह लाभ के पद पर है।
