इस खेल में प्रत्येक टीम के लिए अधिकतम और न्यूनतम खिलाड़ी संख्या क्रमश: 7 और 5 है। यह खेल काफी हद तक बास्केटबॉल की तरह होता है। उसी की तरह यह दो टीमों के बीच कोर्ट में खेला जाता है। दोनों टीमों के खिलाड़ी गेंद को विरोधी टीम की रिंग में डालने की कोशिश करते है। ऐसा करने पर ही गोल माना जाता है। आपको बता दे की यह खेल पुरुष व महिलाओ-दोनों के द्वारा खेला जाता है।
