Duality means solidarity, love and brotherhood. The main purpose of the conference was to improve society. His teachings were -

Do daily baths, sacrifice and havan, do not drink alcohol, do not eat meat, do not loot money, get family from farming wages, teach children, open school for this, decide in panchayats, do not rotate courts, Do not give shelter to the vassals or government officials, do injustice to them, counter injustice, use indigenous etc.

Shaniya Shaniya: This assembly was spread throughout the southern part of the erstwhile Rajputana. The princes of the princely states, became feared and frightened by this. They began to understand that this organization was formed to remove the kings. While this movement was of social reform. To unite the tribals, Guru Gobind started the house (Yajna and Havan) in Dhunni on Margadhesh Shukla Purnima, on the border of Gujarat and Mewar on the Mangad hill, which was organized every year.

On 7th December 1908 Margashirsha Shukla Purnima was held in Managadh Dham near Anandpuri, 70 km from Banswara District Headquarters, in which thousands of Bhil, Meena etc. tribals began to pay obeisance at Managadh hill in colorful costumes. In October 1913, Govind Giri reached Managadh hill and messengers were sent to the Bhils on the hill. Slowly the huge number of Bhils started collecting in Managad. They started bringing rationed water along with them. Its opponents spread rumors that Bhil Singh is going to attack the state.
