ऐसे अंग जिनकी मूल संरचना समान होती है लेकिन विभिन्न कार्यों के लिए उपयोग किए जाते हैं, समजातीय अंग कहलाते हैं। उदाहरण के लिए, forelimb, चमगादड़ और पक्षी के पंख, मानव पंजे, मेंढक के पंजे आदि।
