मेरी माँ (87 साल) की 13.4.14 को मृत्यु हो गई, हम 5 भाई और 3 बहन है| विरासत में मिली संपत्ति केवल भाइयों के नाम पर है| 1) क्या हम बेटियों का संपत्ति में हक़ है, किन परिस्थितियों में नहीं है? 2) हमे कैसे ट्रांसफर का तरीका पता चलेगा? 3) मेरी माँ जब जीवित थी, तो क्या वो सेल डीड / उपहार विलेख के माध्यम से भाइयों के नाम पर संपत्ति स्थानांतरण / उनके नाम पर रजिस्टर कर सकती है बेटियों की सहमति के बिना| क्या इसे चुनौती दी जा सकती है? 4) अगर बेटो के नाम पे वसीयत है- तो क्या हम बेटियां मांग कर सकती है? 5) या अगर माँ द्वारा किये गए भेदभाव को चुनौती दी जा सकती है?
