भूमि आमला पाउडर पतंजलि : भुई आंवला एक जड़ी-बूटी है। आयुर्वेद के अनुसार, भुई आंवला के फायदे से अनेक बीमारियों को ठीक किया जाता है। आप भूमि आंवला से लाभ लेकर भूख की कमी, और कामोत्तेजना बढ़ाने में मदद पा सकते हैं। और इसके अलावा भी भुई आंवला के कई अन्य लाभ भी हैं।

आपको बता दे की भुई आंवला के छोटे-छोटे पौधे वर्षा-ऋतु में उत्पन्न होते हैं। ये पौधे शरद्-ऋतु में फूलने-फलने के बाद गर्मी के मौसम में सूख जाते हैं। इसके फल धात्रीफल की तरह गोल, लेकिन आकार में छोटे होते हैं। इसी कारण इसे भूधात्री और भूम्यामल भी बोला जाता है।
