यूपीएससी के लिए स्मार्ट अध्ययन होना चाहिए और पीसीएस के लिए सामान्य या उच्च नहीं होना चाहिए

Yes lekin upsc ke bahut gahrai ke sath point ko abjore karna padta hai jabki pcs me adikar fact one liner hote hai
