कार्बनिक रसायन परिभाषा
कार्बनिक रसायन (Organic chemistry) की परिभाषा : इसे सरल भाषा में समझे तो यह रसायनशास्त्र का वह विभाग है जिसमें हम कार्बन के यौगिकों का अध्ययन करते हैं। ध्यान रहे की कार्बनिक रसायन का सम्बन्ध मुख्यतः कार्बन और हाइड्रोजन के अणुओं वाले रासायनिक यौगिकों के संरचना, गुणधर्म, रासायनिक अभिक्रियाओं एवं उनके निर्माण (संश्लेषण या सिन्थेसिस एवं अन्य प्रक्रिया द्वारा) आदि के वैज्ञानिक अध्ययन से है।
जानकारी रहे की अधिकांश कार्बनिक यौगिकों में कार्बन और हाइड्रोजन होते हैं, लेकिन उनमें कई अन्य तत्व भी शामिल हो सकते हैं (जैसे, नाइट्रोजन, ऑक्सीजन, हैलोजन, फास्फोरस, सिलिकॉन, सल्फर)।
