लागत लेखांकन (Cost Accounting) : लागत लेखांकन लागतों के लेखे करने की एक ऐसी प्रक्रिया है जो आय व व्यय, अथवा उन आधारों के जिन पर उनका (आय तथा व्यय का) परिकलन किया जाता है, के अभिलेखन से आरम्भ होती है तथा सांख्यिकीय समंकों के तैयार होने के साथ ही समाप्त हो जाती है। इस लेखा विधि में वर्तमान लागत के साथ साथ भावी व्ययों पर भी विचार किया जाता है।
