(1)- राम सिंह पुत्र नंदू सिंह जेल से दोषी को बेल पर छोड़ा गया था कि आप जाकर अपना सहकारी ग्राम विकास बैंक शाखा अमेठी में लोन भरने की प्रत्येक प्रतिक्रिया पूरी करें लेकिन अभी तक जेल से छूटने के बाद अपराधी के सहकारी ग्राम विकास बैंक के द्वारा दोबारा आरसी काटने के बाद क्या दोषी के ऊपर कार्रवाई किए जाने की एक प्रतिलिपि सक्षम अधिकारी के द्वारा हस्ताक्षर प्रेषित करने की कृपा करें/ और क्या कारण है अभी तक राम सिंह पुत्र नंदू सिंह के विरुद्ध कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की जा रही है। सहकारी ग्राम विकास बैंक शाखा अमेठी की तरफ से/
(2) बेल की फोटोकॉपी मैं आपको संलग्न कर रहा हूं, मैं चाहता हूं कि आप इसे अच्छी तरह से देखें और समझें कि कितना बड़ा धोखाधड़ी किया गया है
(3) इसलिए मुझे सीबीआई जांच की अनुमति चाहिए। मुझे आपसे बहुत उम्मीद है कि आप मुझे निराश नहीं करेंगे और इस स्थिति को समझते हुए जल्द से जल्द सीबीआई जांच का आदेश देंगे/
(4)-राम सिंह पुत्र नंदू सिंह के द्वारा लिए गए ऋण व रामसिंह द्वारा बैंक में लिखाई गए एग्रीमेंट वा शपथी पत्र में स्पष्ट लिखा है कि वह राम सिंह उनके वारिस संपूर्ण ऋण के देयता होंगे जिससे स्पष्ट है कि प्रथमत: बैंक ऋण का प्रत्यथी उनके वारिस हैं/
अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि मामले की गंभीरता को समझते हुए जल्द से जल्द हमारी समस्या पर ध्यान दें, यदि पत्र लिखकर मैं मैंने किसी अधिकारी का अपमान किया है तो मैं क्षमा चाहती हूं /
