ओबीसी क्रीमी लेयर 2017 : केंद्र सरकार के नए नियमों के अनुसार अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग (OBC) कैंडिडेट के सिर्फ माता-पिता की लगातार तीन वर्षों से 8 लाख रुपये से ज्यादा की सालाना आय हो रही हो तब वह क्रीमी लेयर कहलाता है।
इसके अलावा ईडब्ल्यूएस के तीन पुश्तों की कुल आय मिलाकर सिर्फ पिछला साल ही 8 लाख रुपये से ज्यादा हो जाए तो उसे आरक्षण नहीं मिलेगा।
