यह दो प्रकार का होता है...


1. इकहरा (‘ ‘)


2. दुहरा (” “)


उद्धरण चिह्न उदाहरण :


  • “पराधीन सपनेहु सुख नाही।”
  • “रघुकुल रीति सदा चली आई। प्राण जाय पर वचन न जाई॥”
  • “तुम मुझे खून दो मैं तुम्हें आजादी दूंगा।”
