CBSE Group ABC Recruitment Post Name & Eligibility-
Assistant Secretary: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institution.
Assistant Professor & Assistant Director (Academics): Post Graduate Degree with 55% (or equivalent) from a recognized University/Institute.
Assistant Professor & Assistant Director (Training): Post Graduate Degree with 55% (or equivalent).
Assistant Professor & Assistant Director (Skill Education): Post Graduate Degree with 55% (or equivalent).
Accounts Officer: Bachelor’s degree with Economics/Commerce/Accounts/Finance/Business Studies/Cost Accounting as a subject.
Superintendent: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent. And working knowledge of Computer / MS-Office / handling large database. Typing speed qualifying 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi (qualifying).
Junior Translation Officer: Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as subject OR Master’s in English with Hindi as subject OR equivalent combinations as per notification.
Junior Accountant: 12th Class with Accountancy/Business Studies/Economics/Commerce/Finance/Taxation/Cost Accounting as a subject. And typing speed 35 w.p.m. English or 30 w.p.m. Hindi (qualifying).
Junior Assistant: 12th Class or equivalent qualification. And typing speed 35 w.p.m. English or 30 w.p.m. Hindi (qualifying).

CBSE Recruitment Group A B C Selection Process-
In the Selection Process for CBSE Group A B C Recruitment will be completed on the following phases:
1. Written Exam-
Tier-1: Objective MCQ exam (100 questions, 300 marks, 2 hours) covering General Awareness, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English/Hindi, and Computer Knowledge. Qualifying with 1:10 shortlisting ratio and negative marking.
Tier-2: Objective (OMR-based) plus descriptive written exam tailored to post for Superintendent, includes skill-specific questions.
2. Skill Test/Interview-
Typing test (35 wpm English/30 wpm Hindi) for posts like Junior Assistant. Interview for Group A roles like Accounts Officer (50 marks).
3. DV & Final Selection-
Shortlisted from Tier-2 proceed to document verification and medical exam. Please note merit lists form based on cumulative performance, with reservations applied per government norms. Exam dates and city intimation slip details will be announced later on cbse.gov.in.
