Eligibility: MBBS degree from a recognized university, registration with Tamil Nadu Medical Council, completion of House Surgeon (CRRI) for at least 12 months.

TN MRB Recruitment 2025 Selection Process-

In the Selection Process for MRB Recruitment 2025 will be completed on the following phases:

1. Computer Based Test (CBT)-

The CBT will have 100 objective-type questions covering subjects related to Medical Sciences at the undergraduate level (MBBS syllabus). The questions will assess candidates" medical knowledge and understanding relevant to the Assistant Surgeon role.

2. Tamil Language Eligibility Test-

This is a qualifying exam with questions at the SSLC (secondary school) standard level in the Tamil language. Candidates must pass this test to be eligible for appointment; however, the marks from this test are not counted in the final selection.
