IB MTS Recruitment 2025 Selection Process-
In the Selection Process for IB MTS Recruitment 2025 will be completed on the following phases:
1. Objective Online Exam (Computer Based Test)-
This is the main screening test. It consists of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). In this test each question carries 1 mark, with a total of 100 marks. Candidates are shortlisted for Tier-II based on their performance in this exam.
2. Descriptive Test (Qualifying in Nature)-
This test focuses on language skills (English). It includes writing tasks such as paragraph writing, vocabulary, grammar, and letter writing. The test is of 50 marks, and candidates must score at least 20 marks to qualify. Please note this test is qualifying only and does not contribute to the final merit ranking.
3. DV-
Candidates who clear Tier-I and Tier-II will be called for document verification. Verification ensures candidates meet the educational qualifications, age, domicile, and other eligibility criteria.
4. Medical Examination-
Medical examination is conducted to confirm physical and medical fitness as per the job requirements.
5. Final Merit List-
The final merit list is prepared based on the marks obtained in Tier-I only. Candidates who successfully clear the document and medical stages are selected for appointment.
